The hose cassette from SAFEREEL is a smart and ergonomic solution for practical storage, transport and unrolling of lay flat hoses.
The cassette is made in 4 versions - B75, C52, C52 with detachable reel and D25. The cassettes holds up to 30 meter lay-flat hose with a Storz coupling in both ends. D25 holds up to 2 x 40 meter lay-flat hose with a Storz coupling in both ends.
The cassette from SAFEREEL extends the durability of the hoses and ensures ergonomically safe handling of the lay-flat hoses.
The construction is compact and is intended as a mobile shelving system that ensures your lay-flat hoses are always ready for use.
The cassette's handle locks with a light push, so that the lay-flat hose is held securely in place during transport, and is made in a contrasting color to the rest of the cassette, so that even under challenging conditions, there is no doubt about how to operate the cassette.
The D25 cassette is particularly ideal for situations involving long distances, such as forest fires etc, thanks to its large capacity. The D25 cassette can hold up to 80 meter of D25 lay-flat hose.

A row of 8 cassettes and 200m of C52 hose takes up no more than 120 cm of shelf space.

In the case of, for example, freshwater bunkering, there may be a long distance between the hydrants. Many meters of hose need to be unrolled, and using the hose cassette from SAFEREEL, it is done in a very efficient and ergonomic way.
It's just a matter of connecting the loose end of the hose to either a hydrant, pump, water meter etc - take the cassette in your hand and walk away while the cassette rolls out the hose for you. The hose lies where it should, and no time needs to be spent straightening, etc.
